I am very happy announce that discWelder ™ BRONZE 1000 is now available!

discWelder BRONZE 1000 is available for both the PC and the Mac

discWelder BRONZE 1000 is only available to owners of the TASCAM DV-RA1000.

discWelder BRONZE 1000 is available as a download from TASCAM’s website
go to http://www.tascam.com/Products/dvra1000_dwb1k.html 

TASCAM will also send you a disc so you have a solid backup.

discWelder BRONZE 1000 is a DVD-Audio authoring tool that can create DVD-Audio discs, Universal DVDs and CDs.

Here’s a brief description of some of what discWelder BRONZE 1000 can do:

discWelder BRONZE 1000 will allow you to create a DVD-Audio disc, fully compliant with the DVD-Audio specification.

discWelder BRONZE 1000 imports .wav and or .aif/.aiff files in bit depths and sampling rates ranging from 16 / 44.1 up to 24 / 192.

discWelder BRONZE 1000 will allow you to create a “Universal DVD” which is capable of being played on DVD-Video players that do not support high quality audio.  This is done though our AutoMirror™ feature that will allow you to automatically import the audio into the video zone of the DVD!

discWelder BRONZE 1000 will allow you to create a CD from the same project.

discWelder BRONZE 1000 can import DSD files to create a DVD-Audio disc, a Universal DVD, or a CD.

discWelder BRONZE 1000 does that with DSD file by importing DSD files and converting them to PCM at either 24bit / 48kHz or 24bit / 96kHz.
