Lowepro 350AW Pro Runner - need some opinions please

Happy Holidays pholks!

Once again I am upgrading the ol' setup and I have my eye on the above Lowepro bag, as it is on sale. I was hoping to get some feedback as to the pros and cons. I like the backpack idea, however it might be overkill for my AKG>Bigbox>661 set up.
