Help with 12v battery(non-SLA) options for AD-1000

please help!  i'm tired of lugging around SLA's, plus they aren't holding their charge very well.  any suggestions?

How do you figure out which connector to use?  That pack might work for my sonosax which is rated 12-24v.  I'm a clueless battery newbie.  ???
