Firewire PCI Cards
« on: January 01, 2004, 06:49:52 PM »
I need a firewire PCI card (another, ive already got one in there, but 2 ports isnt enough for me).  Any suggestions for cards with a TON of firewire ins?  I'll take as many ins as i can get.  USB 2.0 on the card is a plus too.

my only slight worry about a firewire hub is the capacity to carry that many channels of audio at once, im going to be having a number of fw audio devices on it at once

If you have open PCI slots use two cards, you wil be able to transfer all that info more smoothly.
