Feeding D7 a 44.1 signal?

yeah it will work fine.

Yes, through the 7 pin. My D7 is in transit & was just curious. I know theirs no switch for 44.1 & 48k.

I'm mostly going to use this d7 to patch.

yep you'll be fine. they just can't record at 44.1 analog. No problem accepting a digital 44.1 signal though

No, I'm pretty sure it will give you an input error. It won't even bother trying to downsample it.
