Title: 1804a cable is on engineering hold

I'm not sure why it is on engin hold.. But it is impacting my ability to get it.

I hope it isn't related to a manufacturing problem.  I'd still like to find a quad conductor, silver clad alternative in that 1/8" diameter.

Full compass has been trying to get me 100' since Aug 18.  I *think* have some coming in from another supplier.

me too, I'm in the same boat.  westlake elec. said next week but i really don't know if that is accurate.  Any alternatives out there?

We may be able to get a 500' spool and split it up.  When i talked to them about a month ago they had them in stock.

I have 100' on order from these guys.. Though they're charging me $1/foot where fullcompass was only .78..   I bought around 20' recently to hold me over while waiting for FC (but I'm out).

eskc first told me of the engin hold on monday.  They said my 100' would be drop shipped from belden.

Did you get a price on 500'?

I took a look at Ed's Neumann active cable and it was branded Neumann, so no help there.

markertek elec. has 500' for ~320 but no idea on availability
westlake is .64 a foot for 100'  ~$75 shipped (order placed Aug 15th)
I have an email into my westlake rep to get a quote/availability of a 500' spool

I have 30ft of this cable I'll sell for 25 bucks + shipping. Exactly what I paid for it.

edit I paid a little more than that actually .90 a ft.

My grandfather has worked for ESKC for 38 years , There all good folks down there and Im sure they will Take care of ya. They are they only place I could find it by the foot when I was looking.
I'll make sure they know you realllllly need it  ;D
