how do yall disable the keyboard mouse on this sucka???

trying to help my cousin out, its acting all weird....

the touchpad is fine, but the one in the middle of the keyboard is not!!!

any help would be appreciated.....he said its not in the control panel $:-\$

i had a dell, i dont think you can turn that pointer off, but i could be mistaken
