Final Cut Pro HELP!!!!!!!

so, installed Digital Performer 4.5 on my G5. The other day, i tried to start FCP, it crashed, and thats all it will do, i noticed it quits when it gets to VST plugins on the loading menu, so i figure it has something to do with DP, ive reinstalled both programs and it still wont work. Any idea on what i should do? thanks
