Acoustic/softer gig settings
« on: October 28, 2006, 04:40:08 AM »
Im about to record an acoustic gig, even thou the artist will have  a supporting band so its not only acoustic/softer music.
Running SP-CMC-2a > SP-SPSB-8 > iRiver H120.
Its in a concert hall so the acoustics should be very good. Im placed very close to the stage thou'. Any recommended settings on the bass roll-off, anything in particular i should think of?

Thanks!

Presume you're running rockbox? If you can set your levels during the first track, great, if not, try 6-9dB gain on the iRiver.

No bass roll-off.

Hope those suggestions help.
