I built this thing a while back. It is a 12 v -9 v regulated converter and battery tester. In the picture on the left hand side is the panel mount input connector.
Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.

Microphones: AKG C 480 B comb-ULS/ CK 61/ CK 63, Sennheiser MKE 2 elements,  Audix M1290-o, Micro capsule active cables w/ Naiant PFA's, Naiant MSH-1O, Naiant AKG Active cables, Church CA-11 (cardioid), (1) Nady SCM-1000 (mod)
Pre-amps: Naiant littlebox, Naiant littlekit v2.0, BM2p+ Edirol UA-5, Church STC-9000
Recorders: Sound Devices MixPre-6, iRiver iHP-120 (Rockboxed & RTC mod)

+T calico, that is pretty nifty.
+T alex for the 391 > dmic combo.  i used to run this and it is an awesome rig for the $.  are you gonna put that lotus up on the archive.org?  i know you had a little incident, that's why i ask.  i would love to get a copy.

Pin 1 ground 12v
Pin 4 + 12v
Pin 2 ground 6v
Pin 3 + 6v

Unfortunately after researching this, I've found that Oade and Eco-Charge use diffrent pin-outs for DC connectors.

Oade 6v =
Pin 1 Ground
Pin 2 Hot

What Swanny posted is the pin-outs for the Eco-Charge system.
The Eco-Charge system pinouts seem to  be the standard most used.
