I've got all my mp3's encoded at 192, id like to shrink them to 128, is this possible?  I'm just out of space on my 40 gig ipod :-)

All in iTunes, right?  Simply change your import preferences to 128, and select all the tracks you want to change.  Then simply hit Advanced > Convert Selection to MP3.  Then wait, 40 gigs of mp3s will probably take a while to convert.

Jonny,
while your at it you should encode to 128 kb AAC and save more space. I have all of mine in AAC sounds way better than a MP3 at 192 and is a smaller file. Just an idea.
