« on: May 03, 2022, 12:55:47 PM »
Very High pitch noise, almost feedbackish on the first few minutes of a recording. Is there way to make it disappear?

Im using rx9 standard but have access to reaper and audacity

If you can find a space between music where you just hear the noise, you can try highlighting it and use the RX spectral De-Noise tool. Once the noise is highlighted RX can "Learn" the profile.

I did a quick search for some sort of tutorial for you and this one looks like it might help:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdAPtNeVBXA

He demonstrates Audition first and then RX. If you don't see a single band for the noise as he does, you might just have to select the entire section of just the noise.

  • If it's too loud, turn it down.

If you can upload a sample i'll see if it can be removed with RX7

You guys are the best. That YouTube tutorial fixed me right up I think. Was able to zoom in find the specific frequency with a couple clicks. Its rendering now in rx9
