Is Ultralast battery from Beach Audio the "Real McCoy"

Just received my third substituted 7.2 volt battery from Amazon.
Don't know why I'm having so much trouble getting someone to ship the battery they picture.
Beach lists the Ultralast 9v with a picture (but so did everyone else I ordered it from).
Anyone get this battery from Beach Audio.
