How to relink a track in Audacity?
« on: October 25, 2007, 10:55:21 PM »
I have been having this problem every once in a while in Audacitiy and it is making me very angry! I will be working on a multi track project in Audacity (like a mic and soundboard matrix mix) and it seems like when i don't mess with the project a few days, I come back, and even though it shows both tracks, only one will play. DOes that make any sense? It's like it needs to be relinked or something, but there is no option i can find for relinking a file to the location on the disc. Does anyone have a fix for this problem?

I don't know, but if you're on a Mac you might try Sherlock. I haven't played with thi yet, but I understand it helps with file linking under OSX. Good Luck.
