I dont think so...it says "High Speed Video Cable"
and its just gold plug w/ no groove like RCA

Its a video cable...with RCA terminals...

It could also be used as a digital coax cable, but, probably not a very good one.

According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coaxial_cable) it is "used to carry baseband video in closed-circuit television, previously used for cable television."

i would not use it for sending video, use rg6 instead.
