Only one channel but cheap and small with timecode, buy two!  32 bit float, 48 kHz plug-in power.  (The Tascam Portacapture doing 192 kHz had issues so I guess limiting to 48 kHz fixes that).

mono but it supports time code!

Hmmm.  Two of these plus timecode would cost about twice the Zoom F3 - and would be something of a pain to use probably.  Or maybe I am lacking in imagination...
