Title: What bag replaced the Targus Rakgear Deluxe?
Post by: acidjack on December 06, 2010, 12:44:22 PM
It appears that the Targus Rakgear Deluxe is no longer being made, and there are tons of other Targus Rakgear bags out there. I am trying to figure out which one would be better for my needs, or if a different backpack, such as for a camera setup, would make more sense.

Ideally I want the bag to hold:
R-44
battery
mounts
2xsets of mics
cables
stand

so that I can ride a bike with all this stuff.    Many folks recommended the Rakgear deluxe for this purpose, but as it is no more, I am wondering what my other options are.

I don't think anything replaced the RakGear Deluxe...

edit to add:  Any RakGear I saw after the Deluxe was discontinued was missing the full length shelves, and lacked support for heavy objects on the (too short) shelves.
