Title: M10 case
Post by: tubems on September 04, 2014, 05:34:42 PM
I bought one of these external hard drive cases for a hard drive off amazon, amazon basics passport case for $6 to get my total over $35 for free shipping....

http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Hard-Carrying-Passport-Essential/dp/B003LSTD38/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1409866321&sr=1-1-fkmr0&keywords=amazon+basicsAmazonBasics+Hard+Carrying+Case+for+My+Passport

no hard drives fit but it fit my m10 perfectly...not bad for $6

Neat little case.  I am still using this:
http://www.amazon.com/Zune-Gear-Bag/dp/B000IXNEI4 (http://www.amazon.com/Zune-Gear-Bag/dp/B000IXNEI4)

The M10 fits perfectly in the slot for the Zune, with an elastic retention strap that goes over it.  Right above the M10, I can fit my pair of Naiant X-Q mics alongside a 4-pack of AA batteries.  On the other side of the flap goes the tinybox, P48 adapter cable, and 1/8" interconnect.

Those are both nice and much cheaper than what I have, a Lowepro Ridge 30 (http://store.lowepro.com/ridge-30). I got the Ridge 30 because when it's on my belt, I can leave it open and operate it easily with the mics connected. I can also just fit my Sonic Studios DSM-6 mics in to the front pouch.

There was a thread about the Zune case, maybe a year ago or so. Based on that, I bought the Zune case and am extremely pleased.

It makes a really nice concert kit for my purposes. M10 and battery box fit perfectly on one side.

The other side fits stealth mics, connector cables, extra batteries and several sets of earplugs with different db ratings (although I always seem to choose the blue etymotics).

I found the case from the micro track II to be a perfect fit and has a belt loop for stealth carry.  Of course if you haven't experienced the excitement that is battery life on the MT II, you probably don't have one laying around ;D

Just ordered one. Thank you.

Lowepro Volta 20. It's pretty snug, but it works great.

Same here.  Snug fit and smallish clamshell design.
