AKG 481/3's and Pmod UA-5, good combo?
« on: July 08, 2005, 11:05:00 AM »
Basically what the title says.  I am wondering if the Pmod would be a good combination with the 480s.  I have heard one small sample and it seemed to be lacking some warmth and lowend, but it was YMSB so it can be difficult to pick up a lot of bass from them FOB. (I've noticed upright basses never seem to have the same presence in a tape that bass guitars have)

What do you guys think?

Thanks,
Joe
