Internet streaming radio "lagging"
« on: December 16, 2005, 08:09:13 PM »
I am streaming a radio station broadcast using I tunes, and because thre are cutouts in my internet signal, I have it tuned into the radio station with a tuner.  There is a very significant difference as far as the two timings are.  The internet sound is about 1.5 seconds off from the radio's signal, and also the sampling rate or frequency doesn't sound normal.  THe internet signal is much much slower than the radio's output.  Like the tempos of the songs that I was listening to were much slower on the internet...

Just wondering what's up with that?  Just curious...
