Computer not recognizing MT help!

Formatted CF card on CF card reader to fat32, inserted into MT while off, Turned MT on, connected USB at both ends, the add hardware wizard pops up, does everything automatically then tells me to reboot. after rebooting there is no drive to be found, which is strange cause i saw it before it told me to reboot. now what do i do? what is the MT supposed to show up as? i cant update firmware or anything.

ok nm, apparently you can only connect to PC while MT is off. Uploaded firmware but the files are still on the drive. do i delete them?

Yes you can go ahead and delete them.  They serve no other prupose now.
