I don't know for certain. The only way to know for sure is to try it with your gear. If you really want to get a full 5 hours out of it, try a test at home and see what happens. Worst case, you carry 2 of the batteries. They're fairly small / light, so I never minded carrying an extra just in case (but I'm paranoid about not having enough power, not having a full charge, etc.). Sure beats lead!
I've never run my batts into the ground because I'm always paranoid about not having enough power. So I always have too much, always carry two of the batts around. My R-4 battery cable (like my V3 cable before it) is wired in parallel on the battery side, so as one battery's dying down, I can plug in a new one while my gear's running, then unplug the one that's nearly finished, all without interrupting my recording.
