Anyone know for sure the size/letter of the adapt-a-plug for the Mini-me??
-
were there some fire issues with using RS plugs? That said, I think it's "M"
-
Hmmm that would suck. I really want a rt-angled power plug to save space, and my power rig is all set up for RS adapt-a-plugs already...
-
I've been using an M adaptaplug with a Walmart battery for about a year with no problems. I think the fires were with the A versions of the MME and with a different brand of plugs run off SLAs.
-
I'll take everyone else's word on the size as I built my MiniMe power supply close to three years ago and can't remember th exact details, but I am indeed running a Radio Shack adaptaplug. No issues here in that amount of time.
-
yes, its an M.
it also runs the PMD671, Edirol R4/ua5/fa101 and probably some others.
:)

Well then sweet, cause I already have one for my UA5 8)

just make sure you switch the polarity from neg tip when going from ua-5 :-*

Good call. I'll have to remember that :o +T

Also, I believe that the AC adapter that comes with the Walmart Batteries to charge them will power the MiniMe at home if you need to burn in cables or test something out and you lost the original Apogee AC Adapter.
