Tascam DR 1 adapter question

Would a charger for a blackberry work? It has the same plug as the usb port and is 5 volt. The tascam will charge via the usb (from computer) or with the optional charger (in a different port) Just curious. my gut is it wont work but didnt know for sure (I'd never try it without being sure)

Hey Bo,

I use a Motorola cell phone USB charger for my Tascam.  It has 5V output and does the job for me.
