psp-2 question...
« on: August 06, 2004, 07:24:46 PM »
i searched the archives and found most of my anwsers but i've still got one  i didn't find an anwser for.  on the front of it just right of the on/off switch it has left mic/line & right mic/line.  mine was set to mic when i got it and i tested it out in front of my speakers and got pretty good levels.  do i need to worry about brickwalling this unit running it mic in?

thanks,
justin

no, never, as long as you make sure gain is at zero, and mic sens is -35. Any higher and you might have problems. roughly generalized, this setting is around 20-25 db's of gain, not gonna ever be a problem.

backatcha, +t for running a killer pre. neck and neck with the 148 as my very favorites.
