Title: How to delay one channel in Soundforge
Post by: anr on October 20, 2007, 01:34:17 PM
Hi

I have a recording which has one channel lagging the other by 0.024s (24 thou).  How can I correct this using Soundforge?  (And I'm not sure it'll make a difference!).  Any advice appreciated.

Insert that much silence before that file.  You might have to generate it as a new file and then copy paste it.

Thanks.  Worked it out.

Left Ch leads by .024.  Copy LHC to clipboard.  Mute LHC.  Place cursor at .024.  Edit > Paste Special > Mix > paste at cursor.
