Topic: help... deck won't play

hey, just trying to get some playback in from my bands jam today, and well..  nothin, my deck was recording the whole 1 1/2 hr session, but it won't play back..  tape rolls, but doesn't play.. nothign.  and i put in other tapes, and it won't play back, pro digital rebuilt it like 2 months ago, its probably got under 20 hr record time and under 50 or so hrs of playback since then.   so i don't knwo but its a Casio DA-7 full size deck..  any help would be good thanks..

it might need service again, see if another deck will play the tape to see if the record heads are good. either way, you prolly need service again.

nooo don't tell me that...  i hope not.. i'll check with daryans deck tomarrow..  unless i get it workin tonight..

k i just talked to pro digital, they said to clean i cause it might be a clogged head.. so i'm gonna run my cleaning tape..

all is well, cleaning. and it plays..  cool.  he said that they replaces so many capasitors that they might have loosened up some of the dust in it, and might have floated around.  But it works now..  and lets hope it stays i'm gonna wait and see how tomarrows shows go. then make my full asumption on if it needs to be sent back to pro digital..
