256 or 128?

Gonna upgrade from my 256, should i get a 256 or a 128 upgrade.

1.8 ghz, xp,

im really buying for better game perfromance.  Would better game performance be achieved through a video card or more memory.  Right now i have a geforce 3 64 card.

Yes - both for your game performance. Get the 256MB upgrade if you can afford the little amount extra

go will 512 total, that will maximize performance and virtual memory for memory and processory hungry pc games
