M-Audio 410
« on: March 28, 2006, 12:08:17 PM »
I just purchased the M-Audio 410 to use in DAT>PC conversion with the FireWire.  I also might try to use it as a pre in recording me and my bunch of friends playing music at the start to see what it is about.  I know it isn't gonna be anything close to the V3 but I wanna hear some fead back on the pre's in it.

They're reasonably quite and I find them inoffensive.  Bottom end a little soft.  Go have fun!

This might actually be a good investment, only time and tapes will tell.  I'm going to set up my Mk4's running out of the 410 only into my Inspiron 6000 to test and see the pre's in it.  Then later in the testing I'm going to mic each instrument to run in and make a recording in that sense.
