MS Mod a UA5?

Anyone able to mod a UA5 with an MS decoder?  maybe the rca out's?

I wouldn't mod the UA5 to do this.  My experience with MS recordings on the fly are hit and miss.  I would just run a card on one channel a fig8 on the other and then decode/encode it in post with either SF8 or Wave Lab.  You have better control of the mixing of the channels.  just my 2cents...I am sure there are other ideas out there.

There are headphone out M-S decoders that let you monitor stereo.  It's definitely best to do the actual recording decode in post.

I'd agree....
until I ran the miniMP.
that thing makes MS on the fly cake.
