Title: Devices below €300

I have read the topics and apparently this Sony is the best out there but also not easy to get. What other good alternatives are below €300? Looking to buy a brand new one to replace my super old iRiver H120 :)

Well these are not new decks but i strongly prefer.

If a Roland R05 fits your

The R-07 will give you the same as the A-10 although in a slightly larger package.
Once you experience the convenience of smartphone control there is no going back.

+1 on the smartphone comment. A few shows ago, I stuck my PCM-A10 on the balcony lip a few shows back and controlled it using my phone from 15 feet away. Incredible technology.
