Lining up SBD and audience recordings.

I haven't done this in over 10 years and only have Adobe Audition 3.0. I found it somewhat difficult in Adobe. Any software that is easier that doesn't cost a bunch? Thanks.

I use Audition as well normally, but found it much easier for this purpose to use Audacity, which is free. It's an older guide, but most of the steps were pretty much the same in newer versions of Audacity.
