NERO Help
« on: May 04, 2004, 06:29:27 PM »
I just dowloaded the latest version of NERO to burn some DVD's.  I added the files, click next, and then the "BURN" icon will not work.  Any ideas or suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Hit the NERO button, added the files to Video TS, and still nothing.

that brand seems to be picky about what media it takes, might want to try a different dvd brand

I should be good with the disc format.  I sent a message into NERO as well - they may come back with something as easy as what you suggested.  Thanks for your help.

i always try to stick with dvd-r media cuz i've never had a problem with it.  also, i've had good luck with every brand found at your local computer (best buy) store.  When i got some off the internet, they didn't work and they looked very cheap.

i've heard that dvd media has to go thru a lot more testing than cdr media, so any brand should be good quality. its more of a matter of just finding something that works in your dvd players and your burner.  i've had success with memorex, fuji, tdk, and even cheap compusa dvd-r's.  all work in my dvd player and my xbox.  the compusa discs didn't work so hot in my friends older sony dvd player.

Because nothing says "I have lots of money and am sort of confused as to how to spend it" like Bose.

With a new install of Nero I always had to run that DriveSpeed program w/ it or whatever before it even recognizes my burner.
