Can anyone recommend a good (cheap) place to buy an OEM version of Windown XP Pro?

i went into a little computer shop here.  they told me they couldn't outright sell me the software, unless they gave me something(?).  so they gave me a pen and sold the oem xp pro cd.

Actually they're not allowed to sell the OEM version.  What they did was give you a free copy of XP with the purchase of that (very expensive, I'm sure) pen.

Yeah I'm familiar with the need for the OS to be sold with hardware. This often takes the form of a broken HD or motherboard.

I found it for $102.00 + 6.00 shipping.  Seems like a pretty good deal.  Has anyone seen it cheaper before i place my order?
