Topic: Probs with JB3 LCD

when I fire up the unit, the LCD flashes for a brief second, then nothing. I hear the unity working, it can play from the Line out, it connects and regsiters to my computer........just no display showing (menu, albums etc etc).

any advice?? hoping my JB3 isnt Dead

I'd open it up to see if some sort of cable came loose.  Other than that you'd have to send it in to Creative...

try reformatting or disc cleanup yet

doesnt sound like the culprit, but ya never know

my jb3's backlight seems to have died...probably just shitty lcd construction in these things...
