Open for suggestions.
"DAT Heads without DATS" ? seemed too close to a "copyright" infringement
"DAT Replacement Tapers, but with Higher Resolution" seemed boastful

My old English teacher would wonder why the recordists are portable, I mean aren't most recordists portable ?

Who cares what you call it, you apparently don't want Nomad JB3 users--the original portable tapeless recordists.  :P  ;D
Mics: Microtech Gefell m20/m21 (nbob/pfa actives), Line Audio CM3, Church CA-11 cards
Preamp:  none <sniff>
Recorders:  Sound Devices MixPre-6, Sony PCM-M10, Zoom H4nPro

Of course not, we are the same elitest bourgois f*ckheads that have the signs in the parking lots that say for "Space Reserved for
Mr. Krabs"      ;D

Seriously, everone is welcome to join, but the discussions are mostly about removeable media, software updates, and techniques for these boxes. There are many JB-3 lists out there.
If you folks want to stop in and teach us a thing or two, we'd be obliged.
