The Schoeps A20S knock off
« on: February 27, 2007, 11:08:04 AM »
I remember reading about a A20S type mount that was much more reasonable in price, but don't have the name handy.

Thanks,
ts

The Avantone shockmount (~$20+SH) might do the trick as well. I just snagged a pair and they are bombproof.

I use the Joe Meek for a DIN mount I created for the active300's.  It works nice but I'd suggest replacing the screw/nut in the elbow.  A tiny rubber washer is a nice addition as well.
