PCIe or PCIx audio card that doesn't resample?
« on: March 20, 2013, 12:40:18 PM »
Looking for a new audio card because my new media editor only has one PCI slot on the MB and I just got a Viewcast Osprey 500DV Pro capture card that wants the same slot my Delta 66 now occupies.
A little Amazon and Ebay searching left me high and dry, looks like my choices are some SoundBlaster nonsense or using some PCIx to PCI adapter and a Dremel to modify the board and or case (uh...no thanks).

Any suggestions?
If it would also let me output 5.1 and/or 7.1 by hdmi to my receiver to make testing surround mixes easier that would really rock!!
I shamefully admit I now do my surround mix in Vegas Pro 12 on my 2.0 system and headphones and then move it across the network to test playback on the HTPC, very cumbersome.
