Hey all I'm new to taping. I think i have everything i need to get started taping on my own. I've been patching for a while now.
I was going through some of my old DJing stuff & came across this.
A shure microphone to line amplifier. model Shure FP11.
Can i use this for anything taper related?

You can use it :)
But whether or not you get the results you like is another story...Try it out though, and if you like it, keep using it!

Well, I have heard they sound fairly decent. You would however need two of them, which shouldn't be too hard to find. I would sell it, and buy an mp-2 if it were me. YMMV
