R-09 input question
« on: July 25, 2009, 11:55:10 AM »
How do you know when you might have a problem with your r-09's input?  I've been getting alot of audio break up on my recordings lately. I've replaced the cable and that didn't fix the problem. I've tried another set of mics & pre-amp and it seems to be on the same channel (left).  I remember awhile back there was a discussion about the input jack being alittle delicate.

Any thoughts or suggests?  I have logged alot of miles on this unit.

LEFT channel was the first connection to break off the board is the input jack(s) got stressed a bit too much.
