Re-learning Rockbox - need quick settings help
« on: March 06, 2008, 06:26:21 PM »
Using an iRiver h120

I haven't recording anything in about 6 months, and last time I did I had numerous problems with the Rockbox+Recording Enhancements Pack I was using (unfortunately the REP hasn't been updated since then).

I downloaded the latest build today and installed it. In the "installed patches" list on the h120, it mentions a histogram feature, as well as changing the peakmeter size, amongst other things.

However, I cannot figure out how to display or change any of these features. Do I have to install the histogram patch myself? If so I have no idea how.

The show I'm taping is tomorrow night, and I am loaded with work so I can't spend all night trying to figure this out on my own. Any help would be great appreciated!

It'll work great just as it is. Whether you have the histogram or not, or how thick the recording meters are, will not affect recording. Good luck--you can figure out the little stuff later. ;D
