I don't understand the fascination of taking a garbage product and trying to turn it into gold - or even a lower end product

Take those VW Beatle kit cars of the 70s - Did you get a Rolls Royce by kitting your Beatle?  No Did it drive like a Rolls Royce? No Did it feel like a Rolls Royce? No Did it look like a Roll Royce? Maybe a very little bit
Music can at the least least explain you and at the most expand you

Just postin a new mic...
points well taken.

Though I did own / build a 73 VW beetle with a lowered front end and disc breaks, an 1835cc engine w/92mm pistons, dual 40mm weber carbs, dual quiet pack exhaust, sway away 3/4" sway-bars front and rear... it had tons of power, handled more like a Porsche. Heck I could easily' lift the front end off the ground from a dead stop by punching it to the floor... but it was still a 73 VW Beetle, just modded.

You took the words right out of my mouth. It is about making something better. BTW, you could never mod a RR to run like a Vett or for that matter a Beatle. Anyway, in this case you can polish a turd if you work creatively.
