:-\ not sure where to put this thread.  Moderators please do as you will...

anybody have any recomendations an CD-R media???

I have been using TaiyoYuden Silver 80 minute CD-R's pretty exclusively for a while cause they seem to always get good reviews.  but reciently I had a couple of discs freeze in my car ( I hate new england sometimes )  and the reflective material just flaked off while feeding the discs into my car's deck!!!  I've never seen this before.  any tips???

I doubt any disc will stand up to overnights with the weather we've been having.

I make a point not to leave discs in the car summer or winter.

temperature fluctuations wreck havoc on a disc.

qft

only one or two brands better than TY's (mitsui), they are not affordable.

every cd is prone to decay in extreme temp's.

Id stay away from the mitsuis!
I know some may love them but I have a stack of misuis from big cypress that dont play. they have never left the house!

I hope you didnt get any foil in the player
the show is over go home please.
