Title: cd player recommendations??

I'm looking for a good new cd player but I'm having a hard time finding what I want.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Here's what I'm looking for:
-single tray
-not a dvd player
-digital (coax and or optical) output
I really can't find anything along these lines that isn't a piece of shit.  Sony used to make exactly what I'm looking for but I forget the model #.

rega gets mixed reviews on the planet.  why not a dvd- there are many all in ones out there that are great for your money.
