Topic: UA-5 Modification, who can do them

Subject says it all.  I just won a non-mod UA5, and I hear via gthe rumor mill someone here is able to mod them, whose name is not Oade.

this is a little misleading, no? i believe chris only does one mod on the ua-5, i know he develpoded different stages and he may offer simpler versions of his p+ mod, but he doesn't do various sounding mods alla Oade W/T/P

check the team ua-5 thread in Team Boards and the exact mod that Chris(Busman2) does is described in detail there.  I am extremely pleased with his work and turnaround time.  Quality work.

Your right Sorry. I thought he offered W/T/P mods as well 

From the team UA-5 thread

BM2 mod = op amp replacement
  BM2+mod = op amps and input capacitors replaced
  BM2p+mod= phantom power caps, input caps and op amps are replaced
