Some recording inputs on my demo(4-track)

I just put up some of my old demos that I played on myself recorded on a 4-tracks/channels "TASCAM 424 MKII"

I would like some input of maybe not if you like the songs, but more how you think the mixing has been done, any suggestions or constructive "plus" and "minus" would be really awesome,
