Title: flac plugins for SF or CEP?

are there any plug ins for sound forge, cool edit (adobe audition), wavelab or any other programs for that matter that read flac files.  now that cd wav can read them, it'd be great if i could go into sound forge, resample the flac then go over to cd wave and split it without ever having to encode and decode it over and over again.
