Never heard of 'em, but the picture of that capsule on the left should be posted in the "cig smoke" thread...
Would be kinda cool to have some vintage Oktavas with (what appears to be) active cables.

Yeah it looks a bit dirty don't it ... They do indeed look like actives, which was something I had been looking for my Oktavas, but then I was forced to ugrade to Neumann ak40's, heh ...

thats a nutty connector at the end of the cable. does that go into a preamp body or something?

those look like drum mics to me, and don't appear to be very small by my eyes, but it is hard to tell

Looks like 5pin XLR at the end of the cables which can be split off to left and right...
intersting little setup...where did you find em?

Looks like perfect fit for my Akai R2R of similar vintage.
