Zoom H2 Line in frequency spectrum?
« on: May 15, 2008, 12:13:42 AM »
I read that the H4 are not that linear, the frequency spectrum falls above 10khz.
What is with the H2 is more linear.
How good is the line in really?
i know i have to go in with lower volume, but that is ok cause i can pad or regulate.
But how s AD`s sounds?
The SNR is ok i think, nothing to complain about.
Thats what i read so far, but nobody mentioned the Feq. spec.?

MIC input -3dB bandwidth measures ~50 to 42.5K Hz in 96K mode
LINE input is 8-to-42.5K Hz bandwidth

Not tried auditioning for recording quality as yet, maybe post your own impressions as compared to what you've used before?

Thanks
excuse my bad english, it was very late/early when i wrote the question.

So everything seems to be ok with H2 Line-In in terms of linearity (better than H4?).
Thanks again, nice forum
