Edit: remember too, that I have entirely different needs and preferences than the rock/studio guys. A powerful crossfade editor is really important, and none of the apple apps ive used have that.
as I am thinking about it, I dont know anyone that is involved in classical music that uses Mac. they all use Pyramix, SADIE, Sequoia, or Samplitude.
I also have a MAC, but have found the audio programs to not be up to snuff.
You might be the only one I've ever met with those "findings".
Just wait until Vista. Then things will really get ugly for Windows users.
IMO, the only OS Microsoft ever designed that was worth a shit was Windows 2000. Too bad there's a lot of hardware out there that doesn't work on it...
